7. Create a Timeline

Organization is key. Work with us to outline your event’s flow, from guest arrivals to the final toast. Our experienced staff is here to help coordinate details, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Our typical venue rental time is 8 hours. Be sure to allot time to set-up the venue prior to guests arrival. For example, if your venue rental time is 11:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M. your invitation for your guests should have an event start time of 12:30 or 1:00, depending on how intricate the details of your set-up are.

  • We recommend:

    • Hour 1 - Guest Arrival

    • Hour 2 - Formal Welcome and Serve Food

    • Hour 3 - Speeches/ Highlight Guest of Honor

    • Hour 4 - Entertainment and Mingling

    • Hour 5 - Group Activity / Dancing

    • Hour 6 - Thank Guests, Distribute Party Favors

We only provide this service once the retainer has been paid and the contract is signed, as this is a client-only privilege.
